Right of cancellation and form

You can find your contract declaration within two weeks without information on reasons in text form (e.g. letter, email) or - if the matter is given to you before the deadline -

revoke the matter by returning the matter. The deadline begins in text form after receipt of this instruction, but not before receipt of the goods at the recipient (with a recurring delivery

The same were not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) or not before the contract is concluded and also not before fulfilling our information obligations § 3 BGB-Infov.

In order to protect the cancellation period, the timely sending of the revocation or the matter is sufficient.

Revocation consequences

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received on both sides must be returned and uses (e.g. interest), if necessary, reimburse. If you cannot return the performance received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated state, you may have to make us value replacement. This does not apply to the transfer of things if the deterioration of the matter is due to their examination - as it would have been possible for you in the retail business, for example.

Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to value value for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the item, in which you do not use the matter like your property and fail to do anything that affects its value. Package -shipping packages must be returned at your own expense. You have to bear the costs of the return when it comes to only an item with a return.

If it is a guarantee claim, the return is free of charge for you.

Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days. The deadline begins for you with the sending of your declaration of cancellation or the matter for us, for us with their reception.

With the tattoo colors, tattoo needle modules, confectionery, food, drinks and hygiene items open, your right of withdrawal expires with the packaging. Hygiene articles (e.g.Razor, skin tape, tattoo films, tattoo wiping towels, etc.) are generally excluded from the exchange for hygiene reasons.
